Copy Options and Copy Profiles are two settings that duplicate an existing record in a UTA/module. Copy Options copies records one at a time or in batches, while a Copy Profiles saves a set of copy settings that can be reused or triggered from a workflow. Setup involves enabling Copy, configuring Copy Options, and creating Copy Profiles.

The Copy Options setting specifies which fields are always copied and which fields are optional. Each level has its own settings that can include any available field on the form.
To determine the fields to copy:
- Click the Menu icon in the upper navigation bar, and then select the relevant UTA/module from the Applications drop-down menu.
- Click the Configuration Settings gear.
- Click the applicable Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 tab.
