Integration keys allow a SmartSimple instance to securely connect with external services, including eSignature providers, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), SMS messaging, publication data sources, and other third-party systems. Keys, secrets, and related credentials are managed in a centralized location and can be created or rotated by a global administrator.
Centralizing credentials simplifies operations. For example, multiple AutoLoaders pointing to different SFTP folders can reference a single integration key instead of entering credentials multiple times. Integration Key Management also supports storing OAuth credentials and SMTP Relay keys, generating certificates for Service Provider-initiated SSO, and managing PGP keys for encryption and decryption.
