A SmartSimple user profile includes editable fields, auto-populated fields, and configurable display and regional settings options.

Editable Profile Fields
The following fields are available when editing a user profile. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) in the system are mandatory.
| Field | Description |

| First Name | The first name of the individual. |
| Last Name | The last name of the individual. |
| Title | The professional title of the individual. |
| Prefix | The prefix of the contact. |
| Suffix | The suffix of the contact. |
| Office Telephone | The office phone number of the individual. |
| Office Extension | The direct extension for calling the individual. |
| The email address of the individual. | |
| Primary Contact | Select this option to display the individual as the primary contact for their associated organization. |
| Profile Image | Upload a profile image to accompany this individual's profile. |
| Organization | The organization with which this individual is associated. Changing this field moves the individual to a different organization. |
| Address | The street address of the individual, if it differs from that of their organization. |
| City | The city of the individual, if it differs from that of their organization. |
| Country | The country of the individual, if it differs from that of their organization. |
| State/Province | Displayed based on the selected Country. Indicates the state or province of the individual, if it differs from that of their organization. |
| Zip/Postal | Varies by selected Country. Indicates the zip or postal code of the individual, if it differs from that of their organization. |
Auto-Populated Fields
The following fields are system-generated and cannot be edited manually.

| Created Date | The date and time the individual was created in the SmartSimple system. |
| Last Updated | The date and time of the most recent update to this profile. |
| Created By | The name of the user who created this profile. |
| Updated By | The name of the user who last updated this profile. |
Display Settings Options
The Display tab in Personal Settings includes the following options:
- Enable incoming Instant Messages to open automatically.
- Open records within other records in a modal window without disrupting the main page.
- Enable Translation Audit Mode.
- Set the number of list view records displayed per page.
- Enable auto-complete for the number of displayed records.
- Set a default From Address for outgoing email correspondence.
Regional Settings Options
The Regional tab in Personal Settings includes the following options:
- Language
- Input Date Format
- Display Short Date Format
- Display Long Date Format
- Display Time Format
- Time Zone
- Home Currency
- Numeric Decimal Separator
- Numeric Thousands Separator
