System Summary Features
The following features are available in the System Summary.

Displays the current password policies in the site, including:

| Global Administrators | Displays all assigned Global Administrators in the system. |
| System Security | Displays all Manager Permissions and Restrictions in the first column, with User Roles in an additional column. Yes appears at the intersection of the system component and the role that holds that permission. |
| Role Fields | Displays all Custom Fields associated with each user role (Internal and External), including Type, Name, and Field ID. |
| Company Fields | Displays all Custom Fields associated with each organization category (Internal and External), along with the details of each field. |
| Portal Shortcuts | Displays all portal shortcuts in each role-based portal, including the icon associated with each shortcut. |
| Notes Permission | Displays all Notes Permissions in the first column, with each role listed in an additional column. Yes appears at the intersection of the Note type and the role, indicating that users in that role can use that note type. |
