General Description
This feature allows for the display of an uploaded image. Any image file type may be uploaded, with a maximum file size limit of 1GB. The dimensions of the image can be restricted by setting the height and width properties; otherwise, the image will be rendered at its original dimensions.

Field Options
Security Options
- Allow External Access: If there is a report enabled for external access that includes files in this Multiple Files field, any individual viewing the report will be able to click on the file names listed for this field and access the underlying files.
- Workflow on Upload: Select the workflow that will be initiated upon the upload of an image.
Other Options
- Disable Email Button - This option removes the ability to email uploaded documents.
- Enable Camera Snapshot: Select this option to activate the camera snapshot feature.
- Custom HTML Tag: Utilize this field for additional attributes to the field's HTML tag.
- Real-Time Virus Scan - Files will be scanned for viruses during the upload process.
Special Options for Field
- Security Options: Allow External Access - permits uploaded images to be viewed without the necessity of logging into SmartSimple.
- Workflow on Upload: Specifies a workflow that will be triggered when an image file is uploaded to this field.
Notes
The display size of the image in a report or list view is subject to the user's system settings, specifically the List View Image Size.
