Signority is one of several e-signature integration service providers available in SmartSimple. This feature allows document creation in Web Page View fields, tags for defining signature requirements, and routing documents through Signority for managing e-signature requirements. For signature tag syntax, email and body tags, and Signority variables, see Signority Signature Tags and Variables.

Before You Begin
Before configuring Signority, confirm the following:
- Whether you are working with a new or an existing Web Page View.
- How you will define the signers for the document (contacts or other means).
- Where the final signed document will be stored (upload field).

Complete the following steps in SmartSimple to configure the Signority integration key and set Signority as your e-signature provider.
- Click the System Administration gear in the upper navigation bar, select Global Settings from the drop-down menu, and click the Integrations tab.
- Locate the Services Settings section, and click Integration Key Management.
- Click the New Integration Key [+] button.
- Select Signority for the Key Type field.
- Enter your login credentials for the Signority account.
- Optionally, enter a sender name in the From Name field to customize how Signority emails appear to signers.
- Click Save.
- Return to the Integrations tab, locate the E-signature Settings section, and select Signority from the E-Signature Provider drop-down menu.

Configure the Web Page View Field Options
Enabling Signority at the global level makes the integration available, but each Web Page View still needs its own configuration to specify whether signing is required, where the signed copy should be stored, and how signers are identified. To configure these settings for a specific Web Page View, complete the following steps.
- Navigate to the Web Page View that requires Signority signing.
- Toggle Online Signature on.
- Toggle Enable Save to Server on to allow a copy of the signed PDF to be stored in SmartSimple.
- Enter the Store-To value to specify the upload field where the finalized signed PDF will be stored. An upload field can also be created for this purpose and referenced using the Store-To Value option.
- Include the applicable Signority tags to drive the behavior of the e-signature process.
