My instance is running slowly
First ensure your internet connection is stable - if has been verified then ensure any active web browser plugins have been disabled. You may also check our Announcements to see if any planned downtime is occurring. We recommend checking both the System Performance Summery as well as the Configuration Error Log within your environment to identify any internal issues that may be affecting performance; these are both located within the Global Settings > System tab. If all else fails try using a different web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge and feel free to report this behavior to our Support Team.
My list view is running slowly
Consider enabling the Quick Load feature in the List View settings; this option disables real-time sorting and the total record count, thereby enhancing performance. Additionally, it is advisable to limit the number of List View results displayed per page.
