System emails are no-longer sending and we are getting a generic error message within our Message Queue
Usually these types of issues stem from either the [From Address] within your environment being faulty, or an error within your SMTP Relay Settings if SMTP Relay is being used. Please ensure your [From Address], found Email Options and Security, is correct based on your environmental domain extension.

Question: When you have an email workflow task, and the email includes several translations in multiple languages, what determines the language in which the email will be sent?
Answer: The email is generated in the recipient's language. The initiator's language is not considered.
